Corrugation Process

Corrugation is a process of roll-forming steel coils into corrugated profiles. Corrugation process begins with the fitting of steel coils onto an uncoiler drum, whereby it is uncoiled and fed through a leveller to be flattened. Subsequently, the sheets are fed through forming rolls to form intended profiles which will then be cut into pre-determined lengths..
